And because most of our pieces are made "upon request," we follow the following policy to ensure your complete satisfaction: First: Order modification - You can modify the order within 6 hours from the time of execution for free. After that, modification becomes difficult due to the start of tailoring and cutting process. Second: Exchange policy (a flexibility that suits you) - Exchanges are available for 3 days from the date of receipt according to the following conditions: 1. Ready-made pieces (not modified): can be exchanged if they are in their original condition with the customer bearing the shipping costs. 2. Pieces made with special measurements: According to the Ministry of Commerce, custom-made pieces cannot be exchanged, but "to appreciate your satisfaction," if the defect is on our side (size or model error), we bear all costs and provide you with a replacement immediately. 3. Excluded pieces: (Niqabs, abayas) cannot be exchanged for health and regulatory reasons. Third: Return policy - Returns are accepted within 48 hours of receipt only in the following cases:* Manufacturing defect in fabric or sewing.* Receiving a different product from what was ordered.* Missing accessories from the order. (In these cases, VIA store bears all shipping and return costs). Fourth: General conditions for exchange and return 1. The product must be in its original condition, not worn, and the tag must not be removed. 2. Original packaging and box must be provided to ensure the safety of the item during shipping. 3. Refunds (after product inspection) are processed within 7-14 working days via the same original payment method.
